Tally online support some time is not able to solve the problem and they keep you on hold for long time because they need to refer books to help you out. Recently i asked them multicurrency entry doubt and they couldn't solve it

Yes.. I too vouch the above comment regarding Tally's Toll free support. The representative's are very ignorant, in such a condition that, they even could not guide for Rel 3 Multiuser installation. They'll put us on hold for a long time and we'll keep waiting patiently, but finally they'll say that they'll escalate the unsolved issues to another dept. And there are some people who'll even give harsh reply..

Is there anyway to inocrporate Vat 5% in talyy 7.2 wihtout updating to tally erp /I do not want to pay 5000 rupees jsut to adhere to the norms of governement.I beleive tally is shrewd enough not to provide uogradation for free rather they ask to upgradeto erp 9
