After converting all companies data and Coping these folders to the directory where my Tally 7.2 is installed.
Problem is I can not open companies in 7.2 tally using old data from tally 4.5
Anyone please help me out!!!!!!!!!

To convert tally 4.5 first you have to convert it in 5.4 version. the file is in right hand menu under download section.
After conversion put the data folder in tally 7.2 folder.
While opening the file a message to rewrite company would appear. Re write the company and data is converted

First is conversion to ver 5 and then to upper versions. (second conversion is done through tally 7.2 etc)

Boy you need Tally 7.2 migration utility. which is in the download section on right hand pane.

Karan You need Tally 4.5 convert utility. Download the same from download section in the right hand pane.

i am trying to convert data from 7.2 to 9.0 i have cracked versions of both . its migrating all the ,masters but for vouchers its giving this message"Migrating Transactions (Batch: 1)...

so now i want to use tally 7.2, but for that i have to convert my data from 5.4 to 7.2, when i do that i get the same error " Error - Exiting Tally"

while using the conversion utility "migrating 4.5 data to 7.2 data" i am able to select the companies but after pressing enter it displays "ERROR !" AT THE TOP OF MESSAGE box and converted in the middle.

pls help me out its really urgent.
